Dikshant has co-founded three Start-ups, in past 6 years of Entrepreneurship. He was actively involved with Small Device as Founder and COO till recently, a company focusing purely on Mobile Services, Porting and Development. Small Device provides Development and porting services to some of the leading wireless companies in the world and is a preferred brand when it comes to mobile porting. He was instrumental in getting Small Device Acquired by Digital Chocolate in April 2007. Prior to this, He founded Grey Matter India (GMI), an enterprise software development firm. He was involved in Technology Strategy and Business Development. He presently is on the Advisory board of GMI. GMI is currently 150 people strong.
Being an Entrepreneur, He has worked on various Functions of business, right from Delivery and Operations to Business and Corp. Development. Dikshant holds an Engineering degree from Mumbai University and is a member of Royal High IQ society.
