good post,

in starting metroproper.com the main thing i told my lawyer was to make sure i can’t get kicked out.

and i also don’t take peoples money in any of my businesses (coffee shops / music venues) unless they really really get that i do and why i do it and why i will do it with or without them cause it would sufficate me if i was taken off my flow. I’d rather start a new project:)

my projects are very personal, everyone takes care of each other and leaves each other alone as long as they are doing their job and if vibes are off somethings gotta change fast. The quality of life is the most important, happy people better company period(.)

it seems like even if you do patent
it’s never going to be as solid as you want since it costs so much and i guess from what i know (not much) you then open yourself up to p[eople with more money that can look at yours and expand off it and make it more or less a stronger theirs.. and i’m just down for the movement.. so it’s tricky’ but welcome to greed power life hi okay back to work everyone!

it’s hard to say how and from who you spark with in your story -

i find my best clicks are from random bump into’s but why not have more inroductions and options to click with – can’t hurt

as long as your not hustled into a marriage based on a vc or angel not being so in tune with you and your company’s flow.

nice, i started metroproper.com one year ago – 8 months in > i met anand danak and he was a perfect natural fit to co found with – we were hanging out in the front of my cafe.. and i had no clue he had a serious backround as a programmer.. he was managing a 24 hour starbucks at the time and visiting my indy coffee shop.. one day after talking to him often.. i was so shocked he was so close this whole time.. he quit his job and jumped on board as partner 24/7 .. we moved in with each other and live in a metroproper office environment over the cafe’ it’s great.. why am i ranting.. my story.. sorry

can’t you just leverage the information from all rental searches, and make it useful without them approving it (?)since you can do searches on each site .. i’m guessing you can display that on your site, or a hack job enough to get the right people involved and connected to the auto people.
